Windsor Knot

Step One: Center the scarf at the back of your neck and let ends hang down in front.  

Step Two: Make a knot on each side, leaving one knot loose.

Step Three: Slip the end with the tight knot through the end with the loose knot.  Line up the knots to create one large looking knot.
