Step One:  Center a scarf at the back of your neck and let ends hang loose in front.  Make a loose knot on one side of your scarf (near your neck). 

Step Two:  Then slip other end of scarf through the loose knot and toss that same end over your shoulder.  Adjust height of ends to achieve desired look.
